Orders & shipping

Where does Cosmecell ship?

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Rates and delivery times are on our Shipping Policy page.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own conversion if you pay in another currency.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Orders ship internationally on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees charged by your country are paid by you on delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

What if my item is faulty, damaged or wrong?

Email us with your order number and a photo. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned at our cost, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes, for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is charged at the same rate as the original shipping cost of your order. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can only be returned if it is faulty.

Do UK customers have a right to cancel?

Yes. Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return).

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and PayPal at checkout. Payment options shown at checkout are the ones available for your country.

Products

Are Cosmecell products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many are gentle, but active ingredients like acids can cause sensitivity. Patch test a new product on a small area for 24 hours first.

Can I use several actives together?

Introduce one new active at a time, and always wear sunscreen during the day when using acids or vitamin C.

Do your products treat skin conditions?

No. Cosmecell products are cosmetics designed to improve the look and feel of skin and hair. For medical concerns, please see a doctor or dermatologist.
